Return & Refund Policy
At CelebAdda, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent experience for both customers and celebrity partners. Since our services involve booking talent for specific events and occasions, we have crafted the following refund policy to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
If a customer chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund process will depend on the timing of the cancellation:
Time of Cancellation | Refund Eligibility |

More than 21 days before event | 90% Refund (10% processing fee applies) |
14–21 days before event | 50% Refund |
Less than 14 days | No Refund |
Note: Platform fees and taxes are non-refundable.
2. Booking Cancellation by Celebrity/Agency
In the rare event that a celebrity or agency cancels after confirmation:
- 100% of the booking amount will be refunded to the customer.
- CelebAdda will offer alternate suggestions where possible.
- Any rescheduling will be handled at no additional cost to the customer (subject to availability).
3. No-Show or Non-Performance
If the celebrity fails to appear or fulfill the engagement without valid cause:
- A full refund will be issued.
- Customers must notify CelebAdda within 24 hours of the event for refund eligibility.
- Supporting documents (photos, event proofs, etc.) may be required.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Customers will be notified via email once the refund is initiated.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after confirmation.
- Events impacted by force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) unless agreed upon by both parties.
- Delays caused by the customer (e.g., event rescheduling, incomplete information).
